Once we have received your request:
- A staff member will contact you to confirm your details.
- If your requested date or time is not available, we will contact you to offer an alternative to suit.
- We will go over the booking conditions and talk you through the procedures .
- If you are happy to go ahead with the booking .our staff will ask you to pay a booking fee to secure your booking.
- Once you have paid your deposit your booking is confirmed.
- NOTE: A booking requires consultation and confirmation from us.
